Criminele jongeren vaak licht verstandelijk gehandicapt
UvA-sociologe Marigo Teeuwen presenteerde deze week haar boek Verraderlijk gewoon. Het is een onderzoek naar criminele jongeren met een 'licht verstandelijke beperking'. Teeuwen stelt dat in het jeugdstrafrecht licht verstandelijk gehandicapte jongeren de laatste jaren sterk oververtegenwoordigd zijn geraakt.
